Pair Programming
Our pair programming training enables teams to unlock their full potential, learning directly from seasoned professionals while delivering high-quality, functional platforms and improving communication, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction. The program includes one-on-one tutoring, rich breakout sessions, workshops, and independently led work, with our experts guiding participants to deliver production-grade platforms. Sessions can be conducted on-premises or at YLD offices, with a minimum engagement of three months and up to five participants per instructor to ensure focused, personalized learning.
Workshops
We offer a variety of instructor-led, hands-on classes in open-source technologies such as Node.js, Docker, and React.js. Classes accommodate a maximum of 12 students and last between 2 and 5 days, with both Essentials and Advanced training available. Specialized courses covering performance, security, microservices, and best coding practices are also offered. Students bring their own devices, ready to install the required software. Certification
Our certification program is designed to identify outstanding talent. Using techniques inspired by the methods air forces use to test pilots, our unique platform assesses an engineer’s skills and fundamental understanding of the frameworks they use. The program includes open-book tests with internet access, evaluates true technical ability and delivery velocity, and provides results that can be used both for certification and as a benchmark for a comprehensive skills development plan. The program is available remotely, allowing flexible participation from anywhere.
